* All speakers should be confirmed at the time of submission;
* Sessions should reflect a balanced representation across sectors (academia, industry,regulatory bodies);
* Attention should be given to diversity (geographical distribution, gender balance,career stage);
* Overrepresentation from the same country should be avoided (e.g. no more thantwo speakers, where feasible).
Two formats are available: 90 minutes (3 speakers) and 120 minutes (4speakers).* Suggested structure is 25 min presentation + 5 min discussion per speaker.* The first speaker should provide a brief overview to set the scene and ensurecoherence.
