Guideline for Abstract Submission and Registration

CTDC 13 is being organized in parallel with the 5th Congress of Geneticists with International Participation (CONGUBiH5), a biennial event. As the two congresses are held concurrently and have separate abstract submission and registration platforms, please follow the instructions below.

1. Participants submitting abstracts to both congresses

If you are submitting abstracts to both congresses, you must submit your abstracts and register through the respective website of each congress. However, you only need to pay the registration fee once. After your abstracts have been accepted, select the CTDC13 & CONGUBIH5 when completing your payment. Your registration will then be recorded for both congresses.

2. Participants submitting an abstract to one congress but attending both congresses

If you are submitting an abstract to only one congress but wish to attend both congresses, please register through the website of the congress to which you are submitting your abstract. When completing your payment, select the CTDC13 & CONGUBIH5. This single payment will cover your registration for both congresses.

3. Passive participants attending both congresses

If you are attending the congresses as a passive participant and wish to attend both events, you may register through either congress website. When completing your payment, select the CTDC13 & CONGUBIH5. This single payment will cover your registration for both congresses.
