Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern registration and online payment for the conferences CTDC13 and CONGUBIH5 on this website. By ticking “I have read and agree” on the registration form and confirming the payment, the participant accepts these Terms.

Seller

In these Terms, the Seller is the organiser named above. The Participant is any person who completes the online registration form and pays the registration fee.

Services offered

The Seller offers registration for:

• CTDC13 only,
• CTDC13 and CONGUBIH5 together, or
• CONGUBIH5 only,

in the registration categories and with the optional add-ons (e.g. accompanying person, Gala Dinner, Continuing Education Course) described on the Registration fees page. That page states exactly what each category and add-on includes.

Registration

The Participant registers using the electronic form on the Payment page by entering their personal details, choosing the conference, the registration category and any add-ons. Before paying, the Participant sees a full summary of the selected items, any discount, the tax base, VAT and the total amount that will be charged to the card.

The registration is placed when the Participant confirms the payment and the card transaction is approved. The Participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.

Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are final. They include all taxes and charges. The Seller is not registered in the VAT system, so no VAT is charged. The applicable price depends on the registration period (e.g. Early Bird) that is active on the day of payment.

Payment

Registration fees can be paid online by Mastercard®, Maestro® or Visa card. Card payments are processed by Monri Payments on its secure payment page. The Seller never receives or stores card numbers. More information is on the Payment security page.

All payments are charged in euro (EUR). If your card is issued in another currency, the amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the card association, which may result in a slight difference from the price shown on this site.

Delivery of the service

There is no physical delivery. Immediately after a successful payment, the Participant receives an email with the registration confirmation and an invoice (PDF). The confirmation can also be shown again from the payment page and the invoice can be re-sent by email.

The service is provided on the conference dates at the conference venue. Conference materials and the name badge are collected at the registration desk on site.

Cancellation and refunds

A registration can be cancelled by email to the address given above. The amount refunded depends on the date the cancellation is received, as set out in the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are made to the same card that was used for payment.

Registration concerns a service provided on specific dates, so the Participant cannot withdraw from the contract free of charge at any time before the event. Cancellations are handled only under the Cancellation Policy. No refund is made to registered participants who do not attend.

If the Seller cancels a conference, the full amount paid for that conference is refunded.

Complaints

Complaints about registration, payment or the invoice can be sent to the email address or phone number given above. The Seller will reply as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint.

Changes to the programme

The Seller may change the programme, speakers or the schedule for reasons beyond its control, while keeping the overall content of the conference. Such changes are published on this website.

Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

General

The Seller may change these Terms. The version published on this website at the time of registration applies. These Terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute will be settled amicably wherever possible, or otherwise before the competent court in Sarajevo.
